The Services may require an active and stable internet connection. Some features, including but not limited to updates, cloud saves, ads, analytics, and in-app purchases, may not function offline.
Your network provider may charge fees for data usage, downloads, or roaming. You are solely responsible for all such charges.
By using the Services, you agree that limited technical data (e.g., gameplay statistics, crash logs, device specs) may be transmitted to our servers or those of authorized third parties such as Firebase and Unity. This information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Services is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the integrity of the Services.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our sole discretion and without liability to you. This includes changes to features, gameplay mechanics, virtual goods, or progression systems.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the Services or on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
